Your trust matters.

When you contact the foundation, we store your name, email address and message so the team can respond. Newsletter forms store your email, optional name, consent time and subscription preference. Comments store your name, email and comment; only approved comments and display names are public.

Contact information and newsletter lists are accessible to foundation administrators. Editors can moderate comments. Authors can manage their own stories and events. We do not publish your email address.

If the team enables Formspree, contact messages are also forwarded to that service for delivery. If reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google processes the security check. The newsletter uses an explicit opt-in and you can ask the team to unsubscribe you or remove your information using the contact page. Newsletter messages should include an unsubscribe link.

Technical abuse protection uses a hashed network identifier and short-lived request counts. Essential session cookies support form security and the authoring dashboard. Please do not submit medical records or other sensitive information through public forms.
